I highly recommend Integrity Heating & Cooling. I have already told my family about the great service I received and told them this should be there go to business from now on! I won't lie, I did call other better known businesses from the area before calling Integrity, because I haven't heard about them before. I wish they would have been my first call! When I called it must have been slightly before hours so my call went to one of the business owners and even though he was on vacation he still took my information to forward onto Jeff. Jeff called me back within 10 minutes of the other call to set something up. When Jeff came he was very knowledgeable and was very honest. I thought because of the older state of my air conditioning unit that I was going to have to replace it, he told me no and said that he doesn't really think it will need to be replaced any time soon. While most other companies would have taken advantage of me not knowing any better and said "yes you need a new unit" just to make a bigger sale, that is not what Jeff did. He was honest about what part I needed and while it wasn't the big sale of the day, he didn't care, he just cared that he was fixing the problem. That kind of service goes a long way in my books. So happy with the service and will be calling them again in the future for any services I will need.
Integrity Heating & Cooling was at our house an hour after our old boiler malfunctioned causing a carbon monoxide leak. The quick response and diagnosis of the problem was quickly assessed, we needed a new boiler. Jeff quickly got to work assessing what boiler would be best for our home and we had a quote by that afternoon. The new boiler was ordered that evening. They were honest with everything from start to finish. They did a phenomenal job and cleaned everything up beautifully!! We are so grateful for their service and they did an amazing job!! We will continue to use only this company for our boiler and air conditioning checks! Thank you especially Jeff, but all of you for a great job on our new boiler!!
I’ve worked with Jeff and Chris for only a short time but I still saw and learned plenty from them. If anyone’s going to get the job done right and give you a guaranteed customer satisfaction, it’s these two and their business as a whole.
