We had an excellent experience working with Scott on the sales side. He did a great job offering options but never pushing, just sharing his experience.
On install day for a new furnace and AC unit, Eli, Shawn and Chase ( and an apprentice!) did an amazing job. They cleaned up the space well, talked through the steps they were taking and did a great job talking through the steps they were taking.
Overall I would recommend Manitowoc heating!
Furnace went out on one of the coldest days of the year Jeffery came right out on a Saturday had us with heat in no time at all, he has been out by us a few times working and is always a pleasure to deal with, thanks again
Excellent customer service. Was out to repair my furnace When fuse blue for a second time after they were out. Second service call the next day no extra charge. Wow that’s service. From a company that cares. Thank you to Jimmy. The service tech, for finding the problem.
