My glasses were crooked and didn’t feel or look right. I walked unannounced and a gentleman and Louise adjusted my glasses very quickly and accurately with wonderful smiles and happiness. Thank you!!
Louise and Dominic were so awesome!! My girlfriends glasses frames snapped a few days ago and we brought them in to see if they could repair them at all. They offered to seal them with glue completely free of charge as a temporary fix even though we had never been here before! We'll definitely be returning to get her (and myself) a brand new pair!
One month ago during an early weekend, my wife suffered an accident with her glasses. One screw fell down suddenly. The closest eye care office was Wisconsin Vision West and with no waiting, they helped us immediately and fixed my wife´s glasses. The way they board us and the delicacy to attend to our needs is a very high level of empathy with customers even if we weren´t those. Humanism and professionalism were shown! We appreciate the kindness and help we received on that occasion.
