Had an eye exam and got contacts and glasses! I went in and stated my budget and exactly what my goal was and she (unfortunately forgot her name but i believe she was a manager she had glasses 🤓) got me exactly what I needed. Was there less than an hour. My glasses also were going to have to be shipped in but she still looked to see if they had my frame after I had left and my glasses ended up being done the same day 🙂 overall excellent experience!
I was so impressed with all of the staff - what a wonderful group of ladies. Customer Service is truly a sincere goal of theirs. Each were friendly, very knowledgeable and professional!! I highly recommend the West Madison location with this team! They’re FANTASTIC
The two ladies working today were so kind and helpful! Ayla helped me (sorry unsure if I am spelling that correctly) with my vision exam and made whole process easy. She was able to answer all my questions and really helped me understand my eye condition better! Affordable, convenient, and friendly service!
