One of the reasons I consistently buy glasses here is, when you need them slightly adjusted or you sit on them (an unfortunate habit of mine), the staff here is super nice and accommodating about helping you out. Quinn did that for me today as has Amanda in the past. Customer service and support matter. I trust the folks at the Madison east side location and that’s why I return when it’s time for new glasses.

100% recommend them! They were kind and helpful every step of the way. East side location employees Robyn and Sonja were so good to me and helped me with everything I would need (except the eye exam from Doctor Din, who was also wonderful! )

This is a solid reliable business. I’ve gotten several pairs of quality eyeglasses here and everyone has always been very friendly and helpful. On two occasions Quinn went above and beyond to help repair/replace damaged glasses frames for me. I highly recommend this business.
