Chose to go to Wisconsin Vision to get both new glasses and new contacts. I am glad I did, because I got 40% off of my glasses when I got both. To start, they have very friendly and courteous staff that are more than willing to help you find what you are looking for and get an appointment booked. I just recently started wearing glasses and wanted to get contacts because sometimes my job requires me to go in and out of the cold or heat and fogged up lenses suck. I chose to go to Wisconsin Vision to buy new glasses due to the convenient location and because it was listed by my insurance company as one of my options. I'm so glad I picked them! The staff was incredibly professional and friendly, and helped me select frames that looked good on me. At one point I had two staff members offering me their opinions, so I really felt like I was paid a lot of attention. They also made working with my insurance super easy, so I barely had to pay anything. Normally I hate picking out new glasses, but Wisconsin Vision made the experience actually somewhat enjoyable. I will definitely return next time I need a full eye exam.

I have lived in Madison my entire life, 28 years, & I have needed glasses since I was about 15 years old. I have gone to many different places in Madison for eye exams and frames, but I have never had such a good experience as I had at this place. The price was good, they had online offers, they even offered me a deal that wasn't advertised. The exam was competent and thorough, the people working there were extremely helpful and had very constructive input when helping me choose my frames. This is been the best experience I've ever had shopping for new glasses. It is usually a terrible chore that I don't look forward to, but the people at Wisconsin Vision really helped...read full review
