We had a large picture window that needed replacing. WR helped us design a bay window. Not only were they extremely professional and competent, but they took a look at a sliding door that wasn't closing properly and fixed it on the spot. Another company said that sliding door would need to be replaced. Another company also quoted as at nearly twice the cost. I love my bay window. Why 4 stars? It did take several weeks before they were available to do the project, but that's ok. We will definitely use them again!
