Really appreciate the prompt, friendly, well-priced service that this local plumbing company provides. Especially after we had an experience with a larger company who charged top dollar just to give us an estimate, WF Butler is straight-forward, competitive price-wise, and gets the job done well. Points for being able to explain what they're doing too! They're now our top choice plumber after fixing many small things as well as installing a new water heater. Recommend!

After several years of trying to find a reliable plumber in Madison, Butler is my go-to! I have worked with them on several jobs now--for repairs and remodeling--had every experience has been excellent. They are reliable, do great work, and are a pleasure to work with. Had them put in a new sink faucet. It went in super fast and while on site they also disconnected my dishwasher. Two guys, an apprentice and Master. I would use them again. They also explained why you have to buy parts from them, they get much better parts than you get online or at home Depot so they only guarantee when they buy. I confirmed that you can buy the "same model" for cheaper than Butler offers but the parts are really not the same like they told me. Plastic versus brass...
