So glad to be back 100% in the UW Health system. Yesterday I had a telephone visit with a nurse from Primary Care to get ready for my annual physical. The telephone visit was very professional and extremely respectful. We even had a few laughs.
The drive thru testing is the best ever!! When your not feeling well, who wants to go to the doctor when you just need a test? Genius! The man who did my COVID testing was so caring! He performed my test so quick while letting me know what he was doing and showing he understood it isn't the funnest to have a swab up your nose! He told me to go home and get some rest, and told me he hoped I would feel better! It was just what I needed to hear in my situation! Love this drive thru for all they do there!
After a concerning injury, I was able to get a Tdap booster vaccine on the same day I requested it at a drive through site. It was fast, painless and convenient. The personnel from scheduler to intake person to nurse administering vaccine were all professional, friendly and helpful.
