I have loved my experience with Helaina. She is very personable, and informative about everything she does. If I ever have had an issue with rescheduling she can always accommodate. My drive to get here is an hour. I would never go anywhere else. I have never been great about doing a skin care routine, Helaina has given me a lot of advice on products and the importance of taking care of my skin. I was a bit skeptical about doing the Picofocus laser on my face as I thought it could never work. I and my friends and family have noticed a difference in my skin. Thanks Helaina!!!!!
Helaina explained the laser procedures throughly and answered all my questions. She was very professional in her demeanor and didn't rush our conversation about the procedures and treatments. Helaina was very kind and considerate during the laser procedures.
Worked with Stacy on basic tattoo removal. Nice guy, clean facility and he gets you in and out, providing no-nonsense info that keeps things on track. No upselling, just a pro doing his thing.
