**For long hair customers afraid to cut it or do anything like I was!** Please readTatiana at East town Jcpenney salon in Madison Wisconsin has colored my hair twice. She has never cut it so I had a hair consultation to explain to her and show pictures. This is due to past experience of not finding a hairstylist since I moved here 10 years ago and having done anything at all in many yrs. My hair was straight thats it. She heard me out she saw my picture, she understood bc I have very long hair. It was past my buttocks. I needed a style I needed some volume taken out. Agnes is my go to for waxing, haircuts, coloring, and trimming now. During an eyebrow waxing, she convinced me to try a balayage, which is a style I have been talked out of by hairstylists numerous times. To have a hairstylist encourage me to get it, I finally took the opportunity. I was very hesitant to do any type of hair coloring, but when I saw one of her clients leave with beautiful highlights, I took her up on her encouragement. I trust her opinion and guidance as she has talked me out of a potential bad hair cut. I was hesitant to go for any form of red, but she convinced me to do a red brown balayage.
