Jessica was phenomenal from the text reminders, to how well she explained everything to my 7 yo and put her immediately at ease. My kiddo wanted so badly to have her ears pierced but waffled for 6 months because she was fearful of the pain (she suffers from anxiety), but all went SO smoothly and she was all smiles, even between ears!
