Alex answered my call on the 2nd ring, scheduled me for the next day, and Michael was skilled and very nice for the cleaning. I was ready to throw out my carpet and start over, but my carpet looks and smells new now!

The whole process, from making the appointment through the cleaning, was very professional and of the highest quality. Appreciated the timely reminders of the appointment prior and the prompt arrival on the day of. Alex was a pleasure to deal with, very considerate and explained what he was doing and why at each step. The carpet is cleaned thoroughly and looks great. Alex and Michael were both very professional and a pleasure to work with. Alex stopped by to try a test spot on our sectional because its fabric is cleaning code S, and it was our first time getting it cleaned. Our biggest request was to freshen up our area run and couch and neutralize the odor in them. Very happy with the results and would use Steam Plus again!

The scheduler was very communicative and flexible and the tech handled some difficult logistics very well and was friendly in spite of the challenges. The carpet is squeaky clean and smells great!
