They offer eye exams through same-day appointments, walk-ins, or online vision tests to update prescriptions. The selection of over 2,000 frames aims to meet all customers' eye care needs. One customer had a positive experience with the in-person eye doctor, who was described as great and explained the prescription and vision details thoroughly. Customers have had great customer service experiences. Kylee helped a customer pick out the best frames for their face by asking great questions, and also helped with contacts. Jordan was kind, helpful, patient, great at multi-tasking, and very knowledgeable, doing a fantastic job even when he was the only one working. Another customer had their contacts shipped express to their home after a notification said they were delivered to the store, and received them the next day.
Such a fantastic experience! The eye exam was quick and easy, staff was super helpful and kind! Nate the store manager helped me pick out a pair of glasses that I am so obsessed with, and great deals as well! Highly recommend:)
I want to start by saying that from start to finish, my experience with Jordan, the sales representative, was amazing. He was kind, attentive, patient, and very professional. I truly appreciate the time he took to help me throughout the entire process.
I did have an issue with another prescription, and unfortunately I don’t remember the sales rep’s name. She was a brunette with glasses, and the interaction was frustrating because she made it seem like the incorrect prescription was my fault, stating that I should have booked directly with the doctor. This was frustrating, as there is no option to book with a doctor online, and it’s like I have a busy schedule...read full review
The association helping me was quiet but very helpful and helped me get the frames I was looking for and helped differentiate the different types of lenses and prices as well as deals, love this place, will come back
