I went to this location for vaccines and was able to schedule an appointment very quickly. The entire check-in process was smooth and efficient.
During my visit, Daphne, a Medical Assistant in Occupational Medicine, was fantastic. She was empathetic, caring, and made the experience very comfortable.
There were also plenty of free parking spots available, which was a huge plus.
Kinda sad that most of SSM health no longer accepts VA care anymore except this location. VA is only for emergencies in Madison as well. The doctor was cool and listened and exactly knew what was going on so 5/5 for him but not necessarily the corporate overlords he works for. Make Healthcare Great Again is the slogan we need in 2026.
They were advertising an hours-long wait and couldn't guarantee I could talk to whoever I saw about the cost of tests before making a decision on whether to do them, so I bailed. I'm sure they do good work but it was not worth going out to Stoughton Rd to see if my sore throat from hell was worth treating. Thanks Joe Lieberman.
