i really enjoyed my workout here. i did the starter class which i highly recommend for newbies. its a great core workout and fun atmosphere. instructor was super understanding and gave movement adjustments for people with different pains (ex. back or shoulder pain).
All fitness levels can be challenged here in a supportive, smaller class. The coaches are awesome and the classes provide both strength and functional mobility. Absolutely love Solidcore. Not your traditional Pilates studio… more like Pilates on steroids. It’s extremely hardcore, but the coaches are so welcoming and willing to help with form. Be prepared to be sore!
