We have taken Sydney twice to Serenity Pet Spa. She had a great time and her grooming looked good. Sydney’s prior ‘Spa’ experiences have had challenges. This time it was so different and positive. She was relaxed and cheerful after each grooming. We have already booked our next Spa day for Sydney @ Serenity Pet Spa!
10/10 experience! This is nothing like your average groomer, there’s no caging there’s no treats there’s no stress. Your animals are socializing in between their haircuts and playtime is the primary focus. The staff was super kind and super helpful and it’s a great exposure for dogs and a healthy environment. Will absolutely be coming back.
Absolutely amazing! Knowledgeable taught me something I definitely didn’t know about double coat dog. Still tailored to my wants as best she could. Will definitely come back my pups are looking great.
