Outstanding performance by SCS! The project required taking up quite a bit of existing flooring in order to replace damaged & buckling LVP flooring planks on the other side of a room where my 557 pound grand piano sits. Other contractors said the piano must be moved out of the room. I said that cannot happen - I do not want anyone to try to lift that weight load out of the protective cups and roll it out of the room. Phil, Operations Manager, and Natalie, Administrative Assistant, were responsive and patient with my concerns - I never had to wait for an answer. They fixed a roof problem other roofers couldn't. Very friendly and keep us advised of what they were doing. I will tell anyone who is looking for roof issues to contact SCS.I also told the owner he can have people call me and I will tell them about their work.

High quality work. You pay for it, but really get what you pay for.I had some beautificaiton work that needed doing in my (finished) basement. I needed to cover the maintenance port for my furnace with a door in a really awkward size and location, and cover my breaker box with a panel to make it look nicer. The guy who came by did fast, and high quality work, and left the place very clean. They also recommended an access panel for the breaker box so that future installations could take place without needing to rip a hole in the wall/ceiling (again).Also had them repair some finishing on the outside of the house.
