Don’t book here. They’ll accept your appointment, but the doors might be locked when you show up and no one is there. Horribly unprofessional and have never had something like this happen before.
Updated review: they reached out that same day to make things right. Just had my massage today with Renee and she was absolutely fantastic and I feel great! Very impressed with their resolution methods and will definitely be back!
I have visited Renu a handful of times over the past few years and most recently booked an appointment with Meg. Meg was fabulous from start to finish! She thoughtfully asked questions about any areas of concern or areas of focus for the appointment and gently checked in throughout the service (when needed) to ensure everything was okay. I found her massage techniques really soothing. I felt both relaxed and that she was working through spots of tightness in a way that wasn’t super uncomfortable. I would definitely book again with Meg in the future!!
Rebecca was absolutely phenomenal!! She was very understanding and knowledgeable in her reiki practice and my particular situation. Rebecca took time after my appointment to talk about and discuss things and her knowledge. I will definitely be making another appointment.
