This is the second time we have used Premier Rug Washing. We had a wool rug that needed repair and cleaning.
Can’t even tell where the runs were. Stains all gone from our puppy.
So we called Trent again for two rugs. One had wine spilled on it and the other rug had stains from our dog. The rugs came back bright and clean. Can’t tell where stains were on either rug. Thank you Trent!

Just had our antique, hand-knotted Nichols wool rug 9 x 12 and the same-sized pad cleaned by Premier. Amazing service (pick up and delivery) and the results are superb. (Our dog had up-chucked(!) on it; I thought it was ruined.) So pleased. It's the third time we've gone to them over the past decade and they continue to impress. I wouldn't use anyone else.

They did an amazing job on our 10 x 14 Karastan rug from the 1980’s. It looks like a new rug! They cleaned the rug and altered the fringe at our request. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and did exactly what was promised. Excellent!
