I worked with PT Jennifer H and it was the best decision I could have made. I never thought I’d have less pain/better range of motion in my lower back/legs. Scheduling was easy and communication was great. She helped me create mini circuits in the gym that were doable and showed me modifications for days that were difficult for me. Even when new challenges arise or small set backs occurred she always adjusted things, which didn’t happen with other PTs I’ve worked with in the past. Thank you again! I definitely recommend..

Jennifer is wonderful, positive, checked in with me between sessions. She had great advice to keep me training for my race and dealing with my injuries and weaknesses. Parking really nice and easy. Liked the app with all the exercise videos and my schedule.
