Dr Kay and the vet staff at Passion for Paws have completely earned my trust and gratitude. We have been coming to Passion for Paws for nearly 3 years now, and Dr. Kay and the entire staff have been incredibly patient, kind, and understanding. They never make me feel rushed, no matter how many questions I have. Dr. Kay takes the time to explain everything clearly and compassionately, and always treats my dogs like one of her own.

Whether it’s a routine check-up or something more concerning, I always feel reassured knowing we’re in such caring and capable hands. It’s rare to find a veterinary team that not only provides excellent medical care but also supports me as an anxious, overprotective pet parent.

If you’re looking for a vet who truly listens, cares deeply, and respects your bond with your pet, I can’t recommend Passion for Paws and Dr. Kay enough. This review is definitely long overdue!

This place has extremely rude and unprofessional desk staff. My first appointment I was pointed at and whispered about because they didn’t actually schedule my appointment when I confirmed and have proof in an email. So off to a good start. I already had anxiety bringing him in, this cat is my best friend. They squeezed me in, very rushed, paid full price for the appt. The vet was kind. I work a front desk and scheduling is very important, it’s how the clinic stays running. I also make sure that the atmosphere is comfortable for all walks of life that may come through my door. You never know what people are going through. I had two more experiences here where the front desk staff just has an attitude. Two of the visits I had witnesses with me too, my mom and a good friend. Strange place, I know people have bad days… but three visits? Bad taste left in my mouth. I will say both of the vets were kind, just didn’t feel like I left with much knowledge or understanding of what was going on.

I’ve been taking my cats to see Dr. Kay and Dr. Hospel for over 15 years. They are amazing, compassionate, veterinarians, and I am so glad they finally have their own beautiful vet clinic. It’s very clear that they truly care about animals, and they also work with local rescues. I highly recommend!

I trust Dr. Kay and Dr. Hospel with my pets, and have for 20+ years. It is also amazing to be heard - they listen to my concerns and thoughts and are never dismissive towards me. There is true compassion and care here.

An excellent vet who has been taking care of our pets for years now. Dr Kay's new facility is spacious, clean, and well equipped. I love how Dr. Kay repurposed an old school to serve as a modern veterinarian clinic without destroying the landmark school's essential character or sacrificing functionality. Dr. Kay is a compassionate vet with an easy manner and strong rapport with her patients.
