Love all of you who work here!! Amazing staff, kind, quick to return calls and respond to email. They are honest, and listen to your questions and concerns. Would recommend them to everyone! We had a dog who was very skittish. I was so impressed the first time Dr. Kay met our Jacob, she sat down on the floor to get down to his level instead of standing/towering over him. She used a gentle voice, and was very patient with him. They even gave him a larger room that had more space so he didn't feel contained. They also gave us an option to enter through another door/entrance so he wouldn't have to go through the main lobby if there were other dogs there. Couldn't ask for a better place!!
