Had a really good appointment. I got in right away. The staff was friendly. I forgot the name of the gentleman I seen, however he was really good. The front desk was friendly and nice. I didn't have to wait long. Clean, friendly, and inviting environment I'll be back !

What a pleasurable hour I spent getting a Hydrafacial from Cara. Relaxing and completely comfortable with every step and applications. I left feeling oh so "shiny" with glowing skin. I especially liked the lymph draining segment of the treatment. The effect was amazing - bags under the eyes were gone and the jawline seemed a little perkier. I will be a regular guest from now on!

I love Radiance. For several years I went to another well-known skin care and plastic surgery center in Madison trying to get my lips enhanced. For over two years they unsuccessfully treated my lips. They would have part of my upper lip looking better but not the full upper lip. This was the same for the bottom. As this was my first foray into cosmetic enhancement I didn't know what to expect and I was constantly being told this is a marathon not a sprint. The injector said that she would not follow the instructions to get the results I desired when I consulted the owner who was also the plastic surgeon and she stated she would not use the more robust filler he suggested and that if I wanted that done I could just go ask him to do it himself, putting me in the middle. That was enough for me and that is when I found Radiance. They suggested exactly what the plastic surgeon had recommended without me telling them anything he had said and in one treatment I had the lips I was looking for and have always been happy every time I go there. I get various treatments and every time I am completely satisfied with the job that they have done for me. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and the the staff is absolutely wonderful.

I met with Rachel for a consultation on my skin to reduce acne scarring. We looked at options like microneedling, Genius RF, laseMD and resurfx. She had given me some options with an estimation of how many treatments I would need and showed me a variety of results from other clientele. Given the cost...I was slightly hesitant so I waited a couple months to book it. They book about a month in advance.Ultimately, I got the genius RF microneedling done. While the procedure was painful to say the least even with the numbing...Rachel made me feel comfortable in going at a slower pace on some parts of my face. She had offered laughing gas as an option but I declined and endured the pain. Literally, I'm 4 days out since I had last it done. I peeled on my chin and nose area yesterday...but if I'm only this far out, and full results are expected in 8-12 weeks...I WISH SOMEONE HAD TOLD ME ABOUT THIS PLACE EARLIER! They seriously do some magic here.A few days ago I went in to get some products (sunscreen and silver gel) which was recommended in the aftercare instructions and the lady at the desk who helped me was informative and very helpful. I didn't feel pressured at all in buying the products knowing I'd have to invest.

Anne at Radiance is truly extraordinary at what she does. Not only does she own the business, she gives clients a very natural look, which is perfect for me as a professional. After going to Anne for years for Botox and filler, I also recently tried her Radiance line of products (hydrating serum, Vitamin C product and face pads) and loved them. I couldn't recommend Anne and Radiance more highly!

Radiance is the BEST! Their customer service is unbeatable -- they are wonderful communicators and are always understanding about clients' needs. Courtney is a phenomenal! I have seen her for just over a year and my skin could not be better. She is approachable, kind, and great at what she does!

I'd never been to a chiropractor before, but I had hurt my back lifting weights and the pain kept recurring months later. I picked LSM because they're covered by my insurance, close to my house, and open late enough that I didn't have to take time off of work. I saw Dr. DeWitt. The first visit I had was the longest, maybe half an hour. My back felt better right away after he did the adjustments. I followed what he said for how often I should have appointments, which ended up being more times that I would have thought, but that was fine because I wanted the problem resolved. He's not the most talkative and is very quick. All of my other visits were under five minutes, but my problem was also not very complex. He's not unfriendly, but very business-like. It felt a little like an assembly line. If that would really bother you, I'd recommend trying a different doctor; but overall I had a good experience and I would go back there if I had another problem. His technical skills are good and he fixed my back problems. Another plus is that I never had trouble getting an appointment there, but that also could have been because of the pandemic.
