Thanks for coming out to Park Tower Apartments in Madison. At the time of your arrival, all but one of the fire extinguishers in our 139 unit building was not up to code. There were also broken/missing smoke alarms, and broken emergency exit doors. Please be proactive with Park Tower/WMC staff, because they continually rotate/update/leave, so the building needs regular oversight by professionals, such as Monona Plumbing and Fire Protection.
Called for a grinder pump failure and they were here within 2 hours. Found the problem quickly and fixed it along with giving me pointers on how to diagnose future problems. Highly recommend this company. John Krenz
I called about a drain problem, and Dylan(Monroe office) came the same day. The problem was located , Aaron and Luis came and replaced a section of clogged drain pipe. Work was done quickly, all involved were very prompt and professional. Monona will be our first call from now on for any plumbing problem
