As a retired teacher I can appreciate their method of instruction: practice a skill, expand on the skill, show the relationship to all the skills we've learned, review the skill at the end of the session. It's a thorough, thoughtful approach.It's also very accommodating to all skill levels and students work together well. The focus is on developing your body and mind.I think the atmosphere and the training are terrific.

Could not ask for more from a gym! Josh and his staff are incredibly knowledgeable and professional. The facilities and equipment are top-notch and very well maintained. Josh is an excellent teacher for people of all abilities and everyone at MKG goes out of their way to be as friendly and welcoming as you could imagine. Definitely give them a shot if you're looking for a fun and challenging new hobby!

I've been coming here on and off for almost a year. Then classes are fun, challenging, and taught well. The community is very chill, not like the hypercompetitive vibe you may see at other dojos.
