They were fast to get to me, resourceful and Jose is the NICEST employee I've met. Thank you to Thomas who helped get our car towed and got us home; on late Easter afternoon of all days! Even though it was a holiday, we still had a quick and excellent service. My passenger tire blew out on the interstate and Jacob just happened to be a few minutes behind me with one of the Liberty flat beds. He had just finished an extremely long day and was on his way home. He didn't need to stop but he did and I am so thankful for that. My tire couldn't be changed where it was sitting. He called the owner of the company and got the go ahead to help me out "off the clock". He loaded up my SUV and took it to a safe location. My car jack broke so Jacob also helped me with getting my spare put on. What a fantastic compassionate company.
