***Update: Steve Klinke called me in less than 2 hours to apologize. He said he reviewed the tape and couldn't believe the way his employee treated us. He is refunding our money and said he would be speaking with the employees. I feel much better about the business knowing that the person at the top is handling situations like this quickly and appropriately.*** Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I took 8 pieces of clothing to this Klinke Cleaners and upon dropping off I tried to speak with the employee about where certain stains were located, as they were not obvious and asked if they could get them out. The employee did not care, and didn't even look at where I was pointing. He just kept saying "uh-huh". They charged us almost $100 and when I went to pick them up, not one stain had been removed. I told the employee (someone different named Brian) I wasn't going to pay for it, given that the other employee lied to me and they didn't follow through with what they promised to do. Then Brian started screaming at me and banging his fists on the counter, complaining about how he has to work all day without AC. I understand some stains are impossible to remove, but when I specifically tried to ask them if they thought it was possible and they said yes without even looking at the stain, I do not feel it is fair for me to pay $95 for literally nothing that my washing machine couldn't do. Furthermore, it is ridiculous that another employee started screaming at me when I said I wasn't happy. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never be going back to a Klinke Cleaners again.
