I cannot even begin to explain the magnitude of thanks I have for Hickory Hills Kennels and its staff. We boarded our girl, Pepper and figured we might have some hiccups with it being her first time & having separation anxiety (Myself included hah). What I was not expecting however was the amazing amount of communication and willingness to go above & beyond to make Pepper as comfortable as possible. Even so far as driving across town to Pepper’s vet to pick up a prescription to aide with some tummy problems. Hickory Hills showed me that they truly cared for her as if she was their own. They were able to get Pepper back on track physically and coax her out of her timid Great Dane shell. They were honest & open with me and exceeded all of my expectations. I have so much comfort knowing that I have a place for Pepper to be loved and cared for when I travel. Keep up the fantastic work! Thank you Hickory Hills!! 💛
Can’t say enough good things about them. Our dogs may be a little “special” but they still treat them as if they are perfect angels! Thank you for taking such good care of them every time. It’s such a relief knowing they are in great care 💗
Above and beyond! Our family was out of town and Dana reached out to me letting me know our dog may need medical attention (nothing serious- thankfully!) . She notified me right away, obtained samples from our girl and took them straight to the vet in such a short time and worked with the vet to see if any treatments needed to be done. I was so stressed thinking I needed to find a family member or friend to get our pup and take her to the vet. But Dana jumped in and offered to help with no hesitation. She kept me in the loop throughout the process and maintained communication. Like most dog owners, our pups are our world, our babies. It is great dropping off our babies, knowing they will be loved and cared for. My family has been able to enjoy our time out of town, knowing that Dana and the team at hickory hills are taking care of our babies. THANK you Dana and the team at Hickory Hills!
