I visited the Madison location to have my intermediate-level clarinet looked at for some chronic problems it had been having since I purchased it. I had other technicians at another store attempt to fix one of the issues without success. Jeremy, their technician, easily diagnosed and fixed both problems within five minutes! My instrument now plays easily. Unbelievable! This is my go-to spot from now on. Thank you so much!

This store has it all. Instruments, supplies and all, but most importantly the friendliest and most helpful staff. My experience at Heid Music reminded me what we’ve all lost in the online shopping experience. Luke, my sales associate, helped me quickly and thoroughly evaluate a number of options. I found exactly what I needed, made my purchase and even got a smile and wave on the way out of the store. Lastly, for what it’s worth prices are very reasonable. If inflation is happening, it isn’t happening at Heid Music.
