The work done was average at best, but I paid the agreed-upon price anyway. A few months later, I discovered they had charged my credit card in the amount of $345.00 even though there were no outstanding balances due on my account and I had not had any additional work done. I contacted them immediately and was told that they would refund the amount. Fast forward 6 months, and I discovered that the money has still not been refunded. Apparently there's been an overhaul in the company -- it's now under new management -- and I'm now talking with two (2) people at the company who both say they're going to refund the money.
