GHC-SCW Appointment-Based Urgent Care Clinic at Capitol Clinic

I just have to give a shout out to GHC for a well-run Urgent Care and staff that value their patients' time! My daughter needed to be seen for an urgent visit on a Sunday afternoon. I called at 3:30 pm, they got us in for a 4:15 pm same-day appointment and after waiting less than 5 minutes in the lobby we were out the door with a prescription by 5pm. WOW! Can't say enough good things about Group Health Cooperative.

Honestly, this is a very good urgent care clinic. It is appointment based but I have never had trouble getting same day appointments. With other health care providers you can wait for hours in a room full of sick people, NOT here. I called at 8 am and waited for about an hour to get a call back from a nurse to secure my appointment. When I arrived, I was taken into a room in 5 minutes!! I didn't even have time to sit down. GHC Pharmacy is right inside the door if you do need to leave with a prescription. Very happy with my urgent care experience at GHC Capital Clinic.

I have always received great care. Have been a member since its inception. My primary is wonderful. I have seen derm, PT, radiology, psychiatry and others, all are very professional and CARING. No problems with getting referrals or admin. questions. I see other reviews are negative but I haved been very satisfied. Thanks!
