I was very impressed after my first exam and cleaning. All staff were very kind and took the time to do a good job. Dr. Tony did a great job of explaining things. The hygienist took lots of time to thoroughly clean all teeth. Reception staff were very helpful with scheduling follow-ups and making sure my insurance was applied correctly. The first estimate they gave me was not correct, so I would make sure you are aware of your insurance coverage amounts. But they quickly corrected things right then and there. I feel glad I have found this office.

I would like to thank Trina who cleaned my teeth on 6/2. She was so pleasant and did a great job. She is certainly an asset for Forward Dental. Last but not least Dr. Felkner continues to amaze me with her kindness and professionalism and helping me to try to hang on to my teeth. Lucky to have her on staff. Thanks again Pamela D.

Here is a little gem of a dental office hidden away that I was lucky to find. Best cleaning ever by Nancy! Got in for a crown they recommended and I needed that same day! Dr. Tony and his asst. Maria were so kind and caring. This was the best dental appointment I have had in Madison. No pain. Stress free, wonderful staff from the moment I called for my appointment to the time I said goodbye. Thank you. I will be back and if you are not a fan of the dentist try this place. You will be.
