Ellen, Ken and Launa were so sweet when my mother and I came in for pedicures! My mom has some mobility restrictions but found the seats comfortable and easier to get into than chairs at other salons. We will be returning!!
I love that they offer free beverages. They have a lot of staff, so you often aren't waiting long. I do think they tend to overbook, so you may have a wait, but it usually isn't that bad. Their staff is very thorough though and they do a fantastic job even if they are behind. They're very friendly and will make you feel comfortable while being patient.
