Amazing customer service. I needed a last-minute alteration of my daughter's dress for an event. I just asked Vini if they are the slightest chance she can do it as she was coating in an hour. She went above and beyond and surprised me that I will do it so that her daughter can enjoy it. I didn't even have the dress with me at that time when she committed. She kept her salon open after hours just to alter and then she didn't charge me for urgent work. She is a kind compassionate businesswoman who does her business to make others feel good and happy. Very few left like her in this world. Her alteration skills in threading to Hina tattoo are above and beyond. Thank you so much for being kind and helpful Vini! ❤️

I recently had the most lovely appointment here with Vinitha! I felt so warm and welcomed from the moment I stepped into her salon. She first threaded my brows and upper lip quickly and painlessly. They both turned out great with no redness or irritation at all. She then did henna on both of my hands and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Ive since been out exploring Madison (I am from out of town) and I don’t think I’ve ever gotten so many compliments on something in such a short amount of time! She put so much thought and care into it all and we had such a wonderful conversation while she did them. I also found two beautiful bracelets that were reasonably priced that I just couldn’t bring myself to leave without. I have two year old twins and rarely get time to do things for myself, so this appointment was very important to me and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I truly felt like I never wanted to leave and have felt so great about myself ever since. I highly recommend her for any one of her services. This is a true hidden gem and I’m so grateful to have found it.

Vinitha is so wonderful! I came in to get a belly henna tattoo for maternity pictures and it came out so beautiful. I’m in love with how much thought she put into the tattoo. Her shop is so calm & peaceful. I fell asleep immediately lol I definitely recommend her if you need an amazing henna tattoo. Wish I was in town longer to get her other services. She is a hidden treasure in Madison 🤍
