Everyone here is professional, caring and talented at what they do. Amy does a great job honing in on exactly what problem areas need work and listens and takes notes so that she can be effective in future sessions as well. Emily also listens carefully, and provides wonderful reiki sessions with massage that are relaxing and loosen muscles.

I love this place!The facilities are always extremely clean, and pleasantly decorated.The staff are all very nice, extremely competent, and give an amazing massage!I normally get a 60 minute massage with Kaitlin or Persephone. Both a very good massage therapist. You won't go wrong here.

I lucked into having A Better Body located super close to where I live, and have been thanking my lucky stars ever since I first discovered them last year. I've been going to see Amy J for monthly-ish massages, and have been really pleased with my experience overall. Amy is a great massage therapist, and has such positive energy. She always takes time to find out what problem areas I have before a massage, and tailors each massage to where my bodily stress is causing me the most discomfort. She is a gem of a therapist/person, and I see no reason to go elsewhere in town for my massage therapy needs.
