Julia is truly a master of her craft. She has a unique artistry about her that is hard to find. It comes with experience but also a special eye. Atmosphere is very welcoming, inclusive and warm.
I would highly recommend this hair salon. I've gone twice so far and am so pleased with the haircuts I've gotten and with the whole experience there. I have been looking for a new person to cut my hair for a really long time who is able to give me a cute cut with only minimal direction from me--I'm not good at explaining or even knowing what specifically I want in a haircut, but I know I want it to be fun, easy, and work well with my hair texture! Julia is fantastic and super easy to work with. And her homemade products are amazing, too. I'm really sensitive to artificial fragrance so hate a lot of products, but hers are wonderful.
Julia is amazing! I came in without fully knowing what I wanted and she gave me a cut I didn't know that I needed. It feels natural, low maintenance, and still polished and stylish. I have always had trouble taming and styling my in-between straight/wavy hair but with this cut I can let it air dry, scrunch it with Julia's Beach, Please salt spray in the morning, and go. The environment of the studio is very creative and relaxing. I also loved browsing through the vintage shop while I waited. 10/10, would recommend.
