I brought my cat Jack here when he was just a baby kitten. He is treated well by an amazing staff. His Doctor is kind and gentle. I like that they are cat people and understand they are all different. People complain about the price but you can’t put a price on knowing your cat is being properly taken care of. To me not having to wait, getting into a room right away, the professionalism of the staff and the compassion I feel from the vet for my cat is well worth the $17 more my vet bill costs me a year.
Being a pet owner for over 15 years I can honestly say this place is hands down the best vet clinic I have ever been to. My experiences here have been met BEYOND my expectations without a doubt. I live 45 mins away from the east side clinic, and the clinic we have previously been taking our cats to which is non comparable to the cat care clinic. I have been to the cat care clinic only 3 times, and after this last emergency visit for my kitten, I’ll never go anywhere else. They check EVERYTHING and are so thorough, they document every single detail during your appointment and after 15 years of not being satisfied on my pets behalf at the vet, I’m relieved! I have never left this place and felt like something was missed or over looked or not taken seriously or felt like I may have made a mistake, or wasted money. Thank you Dr Mueller & staff! You are all amazing!
This is the best vet experience I (and I think my sweet kitty) have ever had. Dr. Mueller was attentive and patience and I could tell my cat felt comfortable with him right away. The nurses who took my cat's blood and urine were also so gentle and kind. I can't recommend this vet enough. I've been to so many vets with my cat in different cities throughout the years, and they handled my cat with the utmost care and love. They were also able to see her quickly, which is so important to me. Highly recommend!
