I have had my dental care with Byce and Worman since it was recommended to me by a colleague in 2017 and have always been happy with them. The hygienist team is thorough and kind/supportive, scheduling and reminders are easy and helpful, and I just had some major bridge work done. I've been hesitant about this work because it made me anxious,but Dr Pawelski was fantastic and gentle. I'm so happy with the final work and absolutely recommend this dental practice to others.

Dr. Mary Catherine Pawelski and her team have provided me with the most positive dental experience I have ever received. From the moment I walked in their doors, the team at Bryce and Worman made me feel welcome and gave me hope for my dental future; a concept that I had mostly given up on. They worked with my insurance and budget to create a plan for wellness that I could afford. Specific shout out to Dr. Mary for being an artist and a rockstar! Thank you for giving me my two front teeth; shiny and new for Christmas! Love this team!

I provided feedback directly to the staff or office manager so this is highlighting items specific for clients. I’d seek out this company if you have no financial insecurities. The recommendations were often very privileged. Example: I was flossing but it wasn’t enough, I needed the expensive water flossers. They have limited assistance options. I brushed twice a day but recommended specific toothpaste that was expensive. They did not educate or discuss teeth health as it relates my medical conditions. I see tooth health as part of a holistic approach. The dentist was fine. I interacted with the most rude, condescending hygienist in 4 decades of life. I gave a two because the office manager is nice and it’s an accessible location next to Princeton Club. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend. I didn’t include the specific ethical issue because it has been shared as a grievance. Please know your rights, advocate and get second opinions. I got an ethical second opinion and now know that not all dentist companies are created equal. My follow up calls when I had an issue fell through cracks. My grievance messages ended up in junk folders or not responded to (over 2 weeks now) but if you’re scheduling or paying them, very prompt response. I’m only one experience, one person. Please do your research to find your best fit.

They have a very sweet team, I had no problem booking my appointment, getting my records transferred here, and my day of service was great. I am a bit concerned about their prices, they charge $49 for the fluoride treatment, every other dentist I've been to across the three states I've received care in has charged $19. The fluoride was the same, the price was $30 more which does worry me about what their prices are like outside of what is covered by insurance. When I brought up this huge discrepancy, other dentist in the area and asked why there was a difference. They were unable to fluoride treatments cost more here. When I asked about booking my next cleaning, I was told they didn't have availability until way later in the year and that I would need to call back to get an appointment so I could use my two free cleanings per year. The staff was great, my main concern is price gouging especially when the services are the same.

best service ever... My daughter wasn't even their patient and they took care of her the way a normal human would want to be treated!.. Went above and beyond for someone who isn't even their patient and was visiting from another state.
