Gregory is incredible. The location, experience, the attention to detail and his response to the areas of tension in your body is the best. Seriously he is gifted and knows where to work and how to work it. I wish I lived closer so that I could go to him monthly.

Gregory is the Lebron James of Massage Therapy. I’ve gone to many different massage therapists, but Gregory is truly one of a kind. He uses a variety of techniques and the perfect amount of pressure to alleviate my back pain. On top of that, he gives you advice on how to address your problem areas with simple exercises at home.

Gregory is an extremely talented body worker and a generally great guy. I have greatly benefited from working with him. His knowledge of the body is not only technical, but experiential, and he has wonderful sports therapy tips. Recommend booking far in advance!

From Body Archaeology

My concept for Body Archaeology evolves from my passion for site specific deep tissue massage. I approach bodywork the way an archaeologist comes to an excavation site - only by sifting through many layers can we discover what is hidden underneath. As archaeologists learn about the past, we will learn about your muscles, stress responses, body mechanics and life patterns.
