Kind and considerate employees. I lost my office key on a walk and was retracing my steps multiple times when one of your employees noticed me. He stopped his riding mower, got off, and asked if I was looking for something. He had found my key! I greatly appreciate his attention to detail and helpful attitude. Commenting about their great customer/community service. I was having sound issues with a parking lot next door to my home being snow plowed. I called Barnes to ask if there was anything they could do. They promptly communicated with their plow employees and called me back to let me know about a resolution.Their communication was timely, respectful, and apologetic. I would imagine it’s the same for paying customers.
