It was our first time working with Associated Housewrights. We were referred by our friends, who had their basement remodeled by them about a year ago. We had previously consulted with Basement Matrix, but their designer was very rude and the pricing was far over our budget. In contrast, Associated Housewrights provided a great design at a reasonable price.
We are very happy we chose to work with their team. One of our project managers, Matt, visited our home to discuss the floor plan and our expectations. He and his team then developed a design plan that truly met what we were looking for.
We never get tired of hearing neighbors compliment our home addition! It is such a good feeling to live in a home where you have confidence in the quality and craftsmanship. Matt was our PM and working with him made all the difference. He has a ton of experience and knowledge - from small details like picture frame deck boards on our front porch to solid advice on windows that we love, Matt took great care of us.
