You should check the details of the information on the past reviews. The people who were given rave reviews are no longer with this company. My family and I have experienced all but always best care; several care givers who were not professional, one who went violent, another one who was stealing and then a lack of professionalism in communicating the loss of another care giver with no plan for a backup.

Always Best Care is contracted with MyChoice Wisconsin. One of there recent hires stole around $460 from my home while working and ABC is refusing to file a claim with their insurance nor are they willing to take any responsibility for this despite several attempts to reach out to them by my care manager's supervisor, the police and myself. I have had several email correspondence with the owner David, and he simply does not feel that it is necessary or important to address this issue. I guess he believes the caregiver that stole my money and not me, and even said so in his response to the Division of Consumer Protection..
