To be sure : the highest level of courtesy and friendliness is always thecase here. My most recent visit to Dr. Peles was due to an urgent matter and from the front desk onward, all necessary resources were in on a remedy. The efforts eventually necessitated collaborative care off site and between Liz and Linda, those connections were made smoothly. I cannot be happier. Happier is a good place to end as I feel the reception desk is a happy place. Think of that when you are considering top shelf dental care. Starting happy makes for yes, the enjoyable experience.
My experience was really good. It helps to have no cavities at a checkup. My assistant did a great job at showing me how to use the tablets to see the plaque left. Talked about brushing. She also help get me out of the wheelchair.
To think someone goes here on average 3 times a year and they remember small (or big) things happening in your life is amazing. I've been going here for years and I love the relationships I've built. It's also comforting knowing I'm under great care.
