This was my first time getting a deep tissue massage. As an ultra runner and hiker who puts many hard miles in on the trails, this is EXACTLY what I needed. My body has not felt this good, and free for years and range of motion has improved! Brianna did awesome, and is so helpful in her knowledge to assist you in self maintenance too!
Brianna is a deep tissue/sport masseuse for people who beat up their bodies through sport and exercise. I have gone to many body work places looking for "deep tissue" or "sports massage" and left disappointed, but at Achieve you get a knowledgeable masseur who works deep and specific to your needs.
As an ultra runner & lifter, with some chronic mobility issues, routine sports massages with Brianna are a key part of my training. She’s very knowledgable and finds all of my problem spots. She keeps me moving through my aggressive training and I’ve seen a lot of improvements in my range of motion since I started seeing her.
