The warmer summer nights of climate change were pushing my 1909 arts and crafts bungalow to the point of uninhabitability, particularly on the second floor, by making it impossible to air out the house overnight. Cue A-A Exteriors coming to the rescue.

I had my attic insulated in early 2024, and a bathroom ceiling heater/light/ fan installed. A problem developed with the heater component in December 2024. Accurate diagnosed the problem and fixed it at no charge to me. Employees are professional and respectful.
