We could not be happier with the service from Sam and Barry at 1st American. I reached out to Barry initially as he’d helped me years prior when I lived in a condo that they serviced. I really valued his expertise and patience back then, and saved his information in case I ever needed his help again. Fast forward to 2025, my husband and I live in a 70 yr old house and quickly realized the 3 mice we managed to kill were just the beginning. Barry actually remembered me (and my dog!) and got me on the schedule quickly. In less than 6 months we have eliminated the mice activity indoors and now we’re simply managing the outdoor herd. Just wanted to leave a review for 1st American Pest control. I've been using this company at my home and office for at least the last 8 years and have had nothing but Professional Service with always outstanding results. I've even had the same technician this entire time who knows our home knows what to do and gets it done always with the same price. Never any up charge never any issues whatsoever.I will also say at the end of last summer we had flying insects that we could not get rid of and this really affects your life because when I called 1st American Pest Control to come out and take care of it and coming back to zero insects was really gratifying because... read full review
