Where do I begin? Made New Restoration and Remodeling has helped us see the silver lining within our crummy situation. They took our basement and turned it into a whole new living area for our family. So much was done. We had another company add in a new sump pump system and trenching around the whole perimeter of the basement and new basement windows. Jim and his team then came in and made things happen. At the busiest time in their year they finished a huge job in an amazing time frame. The thing that stood out to me as clear as can be is the fact that they legitimately care about their clients. They went above and beyond to help us save money and checked in with me to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. (And I’m quite picky) They seriously vacuumed their way out of our house to keep things tidy. Honestly…I just can’t believe how these young guys already have their stuff together and were so professional. Thank you Made New! *the only thing I can take credit for is my new board and batten wall. I’ve never done something like that before. It was so easy and changed the room….one add on….Jim knew that my next step was to caulk the board and batten wall….so he had one of his team members caulk it for me. Like I said….above and beyond!
The crew at Made New were fabulous. My sump pump died and my basement was flooded. Of course, it was a finished basement! 😢 They arrived quickly, brought in equipment to immediately start drying out the items that were salvageable and removing items that were not. They removed and replaced flooring. My hope is to not go through this again but I definitely would call them to help me again if it did! I’m sure they could supply some pictures if you would like!
