“If I could give a 100 star review, Josh at Oneida Roof and Chimney would get it. We had some shingles blown off during a storm, so I called Oneida Roof to see if they could help us out. The first amazing thing about our experience was that Josh answered the call - not voicemail. As it turned out, he was working on a job just a few houses away from us. (I believe a higher power was involved in that part of the experience.) Then the next amazing thing happened - he came over right away to look at the project. It was a small job, so then came the next amazing thing - he got out his ladder and tools and fixed it on the spot. And finally the most amazing thing happened - the cost was $0!!! Too often in today's world we have trouble even getting contractors to return a call - especially for a small job like ours. But Oneida Roof and Chimney are the opposite.
