“Last summer, I stopped into Lakeside Dock and Lift to check out their docks and had the pleasure of working with Chad. He asked good questions related to our current set-up and overviewed the pros and cons of all the docks they carry. Once we determine the best product, Chad stopped by our house, put his waders on and jumped in to take water depth measurements. He recommended extending the pier to assist in the launching of our pontoon on the track system, as well as get our lift into deeper water. Chad followed up in a few days with a quote and virtual rendition of how the new pier would look on our shoreline. We decided to move forward, and our new dock was installed within a couple weeks. Over the past 20 years I’ve had the opportunity to work with a couple of other dock and lift providers and there is no comparison to the advice and customer service provided by Lakeside. The man who took my dock out brought his 2nd grader and pre-K son along to give his wife a break. The boys watched their dad and insisted on moving the top sections together.
