“We have just completed our project with Andy. It was a knock down and new build of a house on Lake Nokomis. Andy made the entire project great. The communication was greatt and Andy kept us in the loop on every step of the process. We especially love the attention to detail. There were a few occasions when materials were delivered and Andy inspected and did not think the quality was up to par and sent them back to get materials that were in line with the quality we ordered. We felt he was always looking out for our best interest. Andy also did a phenomenal job of sticking to the schedule and budget he presented to us and communicated very well if there was a variance. We have been a part of many construction projects and I can say this was easily our best experience.
